Ingredients are water, soybean oil, stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate, propylene glycol. progesterone, vitamin E, dimethicone, citric acid, methylparaben and propylparaben.

Suggested Use:
Postmenopausal women - apply 1/4 teaspoon to chest , stomach or abdomen daily for 3 weeks out of the month.
Premenopausal women - cycle from day 12 to 26 (day 1 is first day of period) by applying 1/2 teaspoon daily.
Men: apply 1/8 teaspoon 5 days a week.
