Q. What are the shipping charges?
A. Within the US, Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico the shipping cost is $4.95 for 1 – 3 bottles, $6.95 for 4 and more bottles. We ship orders by First Class Mail, Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on the size of order. It usually takes anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to deliver depending on the destination, however sometimes it can take longer especially to outside of continental US.
INTERNATIONAL: We ship by US postal service only to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Bermuda, Canada, Denmark, France, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland and Virgin Islands (British). If you don't live in one of these, please don't ask. We ship by Air Mail only. Canada: $8.95; Europe, Bermuda and British Virgin Islands: $11.95; Australia, New Zealand and Japan: $19.95. These rates apply to all orders regardless of size.
Q. How fast will my order be shipped?
A. Orders will be mailed by U S Postal services within two to four days from the day the order was received.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. We are sorry, but orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they are finalized. We do not take refunds for any reason other than defective products.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We do not and cannot guarantee delivery of orders outside the U.S. Please be aware your customs may charge you import duty. Although it rarely happens, if customs loses, seizes or misplaces your order it is not our responsibility. Once an international order is mailed it is your responsibility to receive it, not ours.
Q. Do you accept currencies other than US Dollars?
A. We cannot accept transactions in currencies other than US Dollars.
