I love this stuff. I started taking it after the doctor told me I had cancer two years ago. I wanted to build my immune system up. Along with the beta glucan I eat "no fat" cottage cheese mixed with flax seed oil daily. What I don't eat is just as important. No meats, no sweets, and no dairy products except for the cottage cheese. The reason I eat it is that it is a sulfur based protein which is necessary to carry the flax seed oil to my cells. After 2 years the doctor can find no sign of cancer, thanks to the beta glucan, the flax seed oil and the changes I made in my eating habits. (Posted on 8/27/10)

I have been taking the Beta Glucan. I believe this supplement has really helped me this year from being sick. My husband has have a few colds as well as my daughter but not I.
