I used the melatonin to help with jetlag when traveling out of the country. It did wonders. I experienced no difficulty adjusting to the different time zone because of this.

I have had trouble sleeping for the past few months. I went to the doctor and they performed a sleep study. The doctor suggested i start taking melatonin. I found this site online and called to place my order. The girl that answered the phone was very nice and helpful. She was even able to answer a few of my questions.
