After about a week of using the product, finally, I am sleeping like a baby instead of having restless and continual interrupted sleep. I feel more like my old self again. Hot flashes are minimal, and have not had any for 3 nights in a row now. After using the product only a few days, I did experience a few hot flashes at night, but they did not wake me up with a jolt. I have been using Cape Fear Progesterone Cream for about a year now and it has definitely helped with the horrible hot flashes & night sweats I was getting.
I am not completely free of them but I get far less then a year ago.
It is so easy to use & free of fragrance and is absorbed well & quickly.
I recommend anyone to try this cream...you can't go wrong for the price!
I now buy two jars per order to save money now.
Keep smiling...life is good! :)

Many thank's for this wonderful cream, i've tried so many product's to find relief from my dreadful hot flushes, but to no avail....until now!!! The cream started to work the second day i used it and i havent had a flush for several week's now.

I was skeptical when I bought this product......and at first I wasn't remembering to apply it everyday for the prescribed period on the jar.
This past month I vowed to use it everyday so I could see if it worked for my hot flashes. I keep track of using it on a small calendar every night when I go to bed.
After maybe four days of use I started thinking "wow...I haven't hardly had a hot flash in a couple of days" and as each day of use passed my hot flashes got fewer and right now I can actually say I haven't had a major hot flash in a few weeks. Its fantastic!
Before this cream I was almost afraid to go out because I never knew when I would have a hot flash, my hot flashes were so intense I would have to wear layers of clothing so I could strip down if I had one, and then put layers back on after because I would get chills.
Yes I am so glad I gave this cream a chance because I am a HUGE skeptic and I do not want to get pills from the Doctor.
I am just here to purchase a couple of more jars of cream to keep a good supply on hand.

Cape Fear's progesterone cream effectively relieved my menstrual problems from fibroids and endometrial hyperplasia. If you are a perimenopausal woman with heavy menstrual bleeding, consider this cream instead of medroxyprogesterone pills, which create a lot of unpleasant side-effects. Cape Fear is much cheaper than competitors' creams, and lacks the usual strong smell and greasy texture. I wish Cape Fear would put it in a tube instead of a jar, and remove the parabens, but nevertheless, it is an excellent progesterone cream. (Posted on 8/13/10)

I am so happy with this product, after only 3 days of using I had no hot flushes, I 'm so glad I stumbled across this fabulous product and company, living in Sydney Australia and going through winter at the moment, before the cream I had no relief with even the weather being cooler, now it's just a godsend, also traveling next month to Las Vegas where I will be experiencing 41deg! so I am overjoyed at having this cream in hand! I received this cream and used it the same night. I cannot believe that it worked as fast as it did !!! My body does not produce any Progesterone at all so that might be why it worked immediately.
Anybody needing relief from hot flashes and night sweats get this cream.
It feels great to put it on too,very smooth and light,not waxy at all !!!
