I have been taking the Beta Glucan. I believe this supplement has really helped me this year from being sick. My husband has have a few colds as well as my daughter but not I. I must give credit to this supplement because I believe without it I too would have been sick. It really has help boost my immune system. Thanks Cape Fear Naturals!
