I am so happy with this product, after only 3 days of using I had no hot flushes, I 'm so glad I stumbled across this fabulous product and company, living in Sydney Australia and going through winter at the moment, before the cream I had no relief with even the weather being cooler, now it's just a godsend, also traveling next month to Las Vegas where I will be experiencing 41deg! so I am overjoyed at having this cream in hand!
